Char Butler wins - 2010 Starliners Indie Artist of the Year - Netherlands. The announcement was made via live broadcast from the Netherlands to a sold out show on May 29, 2010. Char and Amber are of Irish and Scottish descent and are finding many Celtic fans love their peaceful contemporary folk style including the penny whistle on "Sleepers Awake". Their sound is considered to be Contemporary Folk with vocal kinship to Paula Cole, while other songs have a New Age/Celtic sound incorporating world instruments similar to Loreena McKennitt.
